Nick, as the founder of Ayida Wellness, brings a diverse range of meditation techniques to his practice, specializing in Metta, Zen, Mantra, tapping meditation, and Vodou cosmic synchronizing. His expertise allows him to guide individuals towards deeper self-awareness and emotional healing, integrating traditional practices with modern mindfulness to foster holistic well-being.
Nicole Evans
Nicole is a meditation instructor who specializes in Reiki and trauma-informed meditation, offering a nurturing and supportive environment for individuals seeking healing and personal growth. By integrating Reiki’s energy healing principles with trauma-sensitive practices, she creates tailored sessions that promote emotional well-being, resilience, and inner peace. Gilles Chamboraire Instructor Gilles is an experienced meditation instructor specializing in sound bath meditation, Metta meditation, and breathing techniques, utilizing handpan music and crystals to enhance the experience. With a unique background of studying in Japan, he brings a deep understanding of mindfulness and spiritual practice, offering transformative sessions that promote relaxation and self-awareness.
Anne Harrison
Anne, an experienced meditation instructor at George Washington University, specializes in yoga and Qigong, drawing from her extensive background that includes visits to numerous temples and participation in various rituals to deepen her understanding and practice of these mindful disciplines.
Chris Luard
Chris utilizes over a decade of experience to offer specialized meditation instruction across various techniques, including Samatha-vipassana, Metta, trauma-informed approaches, body scans, and concentration practices. In addition to individual guidance, he also conducts an 8-week program designed to train individuals to become meditation instructors, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to facilitate their own practices.
Pierre
Pierre, as a meditation instructor specializing in Vodou cosmic synchronization and ceremonies, embodies the rich spiritual heritage of his practice. His role as a tradition keeper not only involves preserving the sacred rituals but also passing down the intricate art of drumming, which plays a vital role in the Vodou tradition.
